Does anyone know if there's a publicly available domain that does RFC1918 resolutions? Such as

  192-168-86-30.localresolve.com has A record 192.168.86.30
  10-10-10-1.localresolve.com has A record 10.10.10.1

and so on.

Might be close:

http://lvh.me is a free service that resolves itself along with all subdomains to localhost.
