We are a small group of 3 people. Two of us has 3+years of industry experience in Computer Vision, NLP, Chatbots, Deep learning etc; and me having 8+years of full stack development experience with minor business development skills. How can we start an AI service company targeting SME's? I tried Upwork but it's very tough due to the price war. Our best bet would be building links for longterm associations with acceptable hourly rate (30-40), but how? What should be my steps or approaches? Feeling kind of clueless here!
