Jack Dorsey has a tough problem - he has to figure out how to change Twitter from being an "echo chamber of hate" into a useful tool.

There are some cool things on the platform, but the signal to noise ratio is horrible.

My gut feel is that a global public soapbox is not a workable idea. I'd love to be proven wrong, but I just can't see how it can be done.
