I’ve recently learned via a few interviews at tech companies that interviewing for tech companies is a completely different skill to working at one. I’m sticking to contracting for now I guess.
Usually it’s a lot more straightforward. Contracts can be terminated at very short notice if you’re not delivering so it’s not usually worth spending a lot of time interviewing.
