Is this going to be a PR stunt like hotmail - they're going to say the fix was migrating to Azure or upgraded from Linux to Windows 10.

Can people stop with the "it's working" or "it's not" - because there is intermittent / unevenly distributed failures. Still have some pages not loading for me.
