((exposure_unhealthy / exposure_healthy) / (control_unhealthy / control_healthy))

Whereas risk ratio is

((exposure_unhealthy / (exposure_unhealthy + exposure_healthy) / (control_unhealthy / (control_unhealthy + control_healthy))
