Of course, if you like to lie to outsiders so they don't really don't know how fcked your code is, it is a better term, along with:

-calling "restructuring the debt" when you are broke

-"negative growth" when the economy goes down

-"let people go" when you fire people

-"termination of pregnancy" to tear off the head of a fetus while she is alive.

Technical debt is the necessary bad that programmers create because of live's realities.

The only problem is that when you start telling lies to others, you could end up believing it yourself.

Also the people you tell lies to could get fed up of your constant lies, distrust you and consider you just a piece of crp,just like politicians.
