Why do you think smaller companies aren't also full of average people?



The point is that smaller companies are less full of _people_. Less bureaucracy, less institutional inertia and more relative influence of each individual.


Yeah, if someone’s not getting with the program it’s easier to walk across the building and talk to them than email across 3+ time zones and potentially a language barrier.
