I logged in with a former FB account and after clicking to the link, my account became a test account -all contacts became unclickable, no interactions I could make after that point. Maybe they could pay more attention to warn users but the link itself named "become_test_account.php". I hope your account got fixed.

...and even better, they could also provide some way to undo it. I still can't believe such a drastic action is irreversible.
