The Jitsi alternative is open-source, so it's much easier to take a look at its security. That link just proves that they're doing their best to fix security issues that the community finds. You can't prove the same with Zoom; it had to wait until their default of password-less rooms were exploited to the point of the media catching on for it to be changed.
