Social media is an addictive substance and should be controlled. End of story.



It's clearly not "end of story". What does it mean to be controlled? Regulations or nationalization? What kind of regulations? Do the regulations vary across countries? What kind of social media - just Facebook, or all social media platforms?

Saying "end of story" is the sort of needlessly dismissive and self-righteous rhetoric that always makes me sad to see on HN.
