Either the title has changed or the submitted one doesn’t match what it was.

Yes, title was changed in the article after my submission but it still matches with the first paragraph in the article

> The California judge in the legal skirmish between Epic Games and Apple has denied Epic’s request that Apple be forced to reinstate Fortnite in the App Store, but did affirm that Apple cannot take action against the Epic Games developer accounts used to bring Unreal Engine developers access to Apple devices.

The original article title highlights what's interesting.

> Judge denies Epic’s request to force Apple to bring Fortnite back to App Store

The judge has proposed the temporary compromise that Apple allow Fortnite onto the store while Epic pays into an escrow — which Epic has refused.

I'm much, much more interested in the ways we're going to use law to limit what Apple can and cannot do though.

If Epic can't get it done, another big lawsuit will certainly come along. I hope we can force them into allowing side loading and third party stores. This is definitely possible given that we have laws which forbid car manufacturers from selling directly to people. Anything's possible!

Epic should show a lit bit of good faith IMO if they want to be taken seriously...
