Note that this config flag specifically only applies to the roots installed in your local systems that are not trusted by Microsoft.
So "completely legitimate" these sites may be, but they aren't publicly trusted by anybody, it's just that somebody used Group Policy in your organisation to trust the issuer. So configuring your Firefox to copy other browsers and accept this is fine, but you should go into it eyes open.
