You're adding a value judgment to the comment you're replying to that wasn't there.

Does not mean "good, but you're too stupid to see it."

edit: after one figures out why something is a certain way one could come to the conclusion that it must be changed immediately, and the reason it was that way was more destructive than one could have imagined.
