This shows that dead people are registered to vote. It does NOT show that the names of dead people are used to vote.
Detecting such fraud is not hard. We know who voted. Cross-check to see how many are dead. Over the last decade there have been many studies to find such irregularities. For example, quoting https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voter_impersonation_(United_St...
