Everything good in the world is kindness.

You can read her Wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jan_Morris

I'm googling the name, but all I see are news articles.

Anyone have a link to a collection of writing by Jan Morris?

Oxford is a good start for the beginner. Wikipedia has a bibliography: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jan_Morris_bibliography

Depending on where you live you could try your local library or the local university library.

That just has a listing of books?

I don’t know what you were asking for if not this?

I was asking for something like an excerpt or an essay, accessible via web browser.

She doesn’t come from a generation that published online.

On the other hand, I have seen old articles show up on news websites, I assume they've been digitized from archives.

The PDFs, presumably

I think these books are still under copyright. You need to buy or borrow copies. Which you can do starting from the list of books.

Addendum: I'm not asking for entire PDFs or whatever, but at least short excerpts would be nice.

I'm not currently in the position to buy anything, but I appreciate the suggestions.

Some libraries let you "check out" ebooks virtually, with some sort of DRM thing I guess to prevent you from keeping it. The waiting lists tend to be absurd for common books but maybe it's worth trying?

I'm seeing 20 results on my go-to private book tracker

The Pax Britannica trilogy is often sublime — an incredibly interesting approach to history. The audiobook versions are well-narrated and highly recommended.

RIP
