I didn't downvote but I think people do because it's almost a stock comment that a bot could automatically apply.

It's guaranteed to appear in about 5% of the comments every time an inaccurate article is being discussed.

Yes, that is why I downvoted. It is a stock comment which adds nothing worthwhile to the discussion.
