True size of each object is not perceptible on this and the distance between each object. Is there a log of collisions in real time?

Collisions are not frequent enough to need a real time updated log. I believe Wikipedia's list of 4 unintentional high speed collisions is exhaustive: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satellite_collision
