yeah. my own back is a mess because i did it. i can lay flat on my back and crack my way from the top of the neck to the lower back. then while standing up, i can push out with my hands on just above the pelvis and i hear this huge pop. then, to top it off, i sometimes when i have stood up for a long time or did some manual physical work, i ask my little brother to stand on my pelvis and at the right place, there is just super nice feeling and once i stand, the strain on my back is lifted.

Chiropractors have this weird fixation on vertebrae.
