numpy docs, too. i think it's cloudflare related as well. at least, I keep seeing some cloudflare errors interpolated with the 503 varnish error.

We've got Cloudflare sitting in front of our Firebase/GCP instance (which I've just found out is Fastly-cached :/). Getting 503s at the origin but we're up on our URL with an
always online
notice thanks to CF. Double dip isn't all that bad.
