Even if a fire occurred and your kit didn't start it, it might be difficult to prove that. And thinking about what happened at ovh, the other colo customers might pile in too.
we put a dishrack with GPUs ziptied to it in our colo and they let it go for several months, then decided it was "a fire hazard" - probably the power usage was the issue more than anything else, if you have a cage/rack(s), what's the difference?
