Not during construction but people sure do put devices in their homes that tick all those boxes and you know what, they mostly don't care.


They voluntarily install those cameras in their homes and it isn't for the express purpose of government surveillance.

Yes, but they don’t buy iPhones for their surveillance capability. In fact, many buy them because Apple tells them that they, as customers, will NOT be surveilled.

Apple sells this idea so strongly that they say they treat privacy as a fundamental human right.


What devices are you talking about?

specifically this box "And you couldn't know when a human was reviewing 'suspicious behavior' telemetry, which included images, video and audio of you and your family."

and this box: "And you couldn't uninstall them"


How do we make them care? Or more politically worded, show them it is in their interest to care?
