I am with you. I spent about 50% of my working days talking to the people I work with. So, so much better than breathing each other's air. And as a bonus, no one is reaching for my mouse and keyboard.

That said, I am not into this guy's shoes. His arguments make sense. I get it but my situation is different, plus I enjoy talking to the people I work with. Well, most of them anyway.
