A beautiful UI that comes out of the box that I don't have to spend hours tinkering to get it just right. A Unix-like kernel (WSL2 comes pretty close). Not too bulky. That realistically only leaves me with MacBook Pros.

Gnome 40 or Elementary OS might be your cup of tea then.

System76 makes them "out-the-box"-ier. You should check them out.
