I would like to be in a work environment where things make sense.

An environment where colleagues and managers don't make seemingly irrational decisions.

I get things done when I am left to get on with them.

I don't like it when I question tasks I am given, and it is interpreted as me not understanding it. I understand it just fine. I'm baffled by the vague and inaccurate definitions of the tasks. I then question whether it is me missing something obvious, or them missing the essence of it.

It's not me. It's everyone else that has the issues.

It's all relative.
