This comment is really fascinating: not only the author completely missed the point of the original comment they are responding to (which is: ”having to compile your drivers was the state of Linux in 99, but it' hasn't been anymore for at least 15 years, so complain that Linux doesn't work using this argument just shows you're out of date by two decades at this point”) but the author just refused to even attempt to understand when other people tried to warn them and instead went completely mad.
