Having each rule be an example of what is ruled against is amusing, but it would be more instructive if each rule showed examples where the rule was not followed and yet the result was good.
Conceiving of that idea clarifies for me that there are probably only two of the rules that would never be disobeyed to good effect: to proofread, and to check for redundancy.
