Russia choosing to be perpetually against the West? The opposite is true. Why is the US so concerned with Russia?

You don't need military action to provoke. The West has been trying to incite regime change all over the region, Ukraine is a prime example.

The West was not manufacturing regime changes out of thin air, it was supporting factions in the internal political conflicts. So did Russia, but for some reason that never counts.
