This came out at the start of the pandemic. Very useful advice. I’d add, make your intentions clear on asynchronous communications: state your intention/purpose/request on the first line of your email message, then follow it with context and further details. If you need action, put “action” in the subject line. If you really need someone specific to respond, put their name in the subject line: “Russ - thoughts about…”
