A lot has changed in the three weeks since they took their poll, I'd be very surprised if some of these numbers hold true today (for instance, this claims only 47% under 30 believe Russia has intentionally targeted civilians)


I think there's no point for Russian forces intentionally target civilians.


There's "no point" in organized war atrocities, and yet they happen anyway.

Which is to say there actually is a point: terror, demotivation, channeling the anger and frustration of your troops into a "soft" target, etc.
