I haven’t read Delbert for years, as his knowledge of office culture was rather out of date. It’s more political humour disguised as repeating office behaviour (and stereotypes). If it really hasn’t tried to keep current with the issues of the last 5 years then it’s just echoing the news. And that’s not particularly funny.
