SCRUM was around in the nineties but it wasn't a big fad yet. The big fad of the late nineties was EXTREME PROGRAMMING, which is still around as part of AGILE.


Copying files by hand with FTP and constantly being annoyed by using the wrong FTP transfer mode leading to corrupted binary files.

This entire thread brings back a lot of memories.
