This is cool, the “holes” look very uniform in size and shape. Curious if there is any other evidence of these formations arranged in a non-linear way

They also look very recent. The sand hasn't filled them back in.

I don't think there's much water movement that deep, so they may not fill back in like we'd expect. I think there's almost no current down that far, and marine life that would knock them over are scarce.

I used to work with deep sea ROVs. We also found geometric hole patterns in rocks. Much smaller than these. It's truly weird to find.
