He derided AAPL, which is public, and very clearly tried to foment a bandwagon of discontent against AAPL, which could easily bring SEC attention.


He made no mention of the stock. And attacking and criticizing a company in public is not forbidden. In fact individuals have done it directly to Tesla in the past and made large sums of money on it with no repercussions.
