Estimation time. How many years and millions in budget does it take to write, secure, monitor and maintain a chat API that can be used by apps with hundreds of millions of users? I know the answer to this one :)

If you have the right team maybe 10M (to pay for the SaaS you bootstrapped off) and 1 year. If you have the wrong team then God help you.
