Yeah I see your point. The fact that it (making responses concise) can be done doesn't mean people will necessarily do it.

However, I can see a media outlet incorporating a set of "checklist" prompts in their publication process. Any GPT-N generated article will go through them before the article is pushed out. One of these checklist prompts can be about reducing verbosity.
