I imagine a combination of: RSS reader (something like Feedly) + some kind of embedded "semantic preview" for the long articles (Summarizer) + any kind of offline "read it later" service for the articles distilled from web 2.x or web 3.x or web N.x artifacts.

I'll pay for such a service each month and will be happy.
