Moderators are excluded, and pg will always be an HN moderator to us, even though it's his worst nightmare.

What kind of leaderbordses? Ratio character/upvotes? Leaderbord of flagged persons. Leaderbord of long discussions -> i.e. people responding in the same thread. Leaderbord of most flagged comments and people w/ most flagged. Leaderbord on people who use the word karma often.

I have no idea really. Maybe fastest growing karma over the last N days? who knows. Nothing to shame anybody though.

Yeah shame is a bit lame. It should be funny, if possible (if you can make that work out). But not a lot comes to my mind.
