Stupid question warning: This is absolutely an HN "hacking the law" type of question. If an A-frame ladder can be used to cross an intersection of property boundaries, can the owners build a 30 meter high fence at the intersection to render the A-frame ladder obsolete? And if it were built, what kind of legal challenge could be used against it?
