What's the reason to stay longer than 2 years? From what I see it's x10 times harder to get raise inside an organisation vs when changing it.
Probably, the reason is that companies adapted to employees getting rise and leaving soon. So a raise inside org is more a calibration for those highly underrated on entry ones than some real compensation for any experience.
