Potatoes. They a very wide breadth of nutrients. If you had to eat only 1 food, potatoes would be best, because eating that much breadth would turn it into depth.

I think milk, potatoes, broccoli would be a hard to beat top 3, maybe eggs instead of milk.



Include cheese and cream under the milk category and you've got a recipe for some bomb scalloped potatoes.


I would agree it if was sweet potatoes.
