There's no job quitting note like an all lower-case job quitting note.



it's a way to soften your tone so it doesn't sound angry. but then it sounds like soft anger.


I just read it as illiterate and am amazed someone that deliberately writes like that was chairman of the board.


This is honestly par for the course for anyone who didn't grow up a digital native and is a career businessman who didn't spend it hand-composing messages. I wouldn't read too much into it. Direct emails from executives that aren't filtered by their assistants all look like this.


They're working so hard they don't have time to use the shift key.

Oh god no, born in '89 and went straight from college to an executive role and stayed there.

Like it's not a bad thing, I'm not implying any kind of judgement but keeping those things in context helps you know that "K." means something totally different coming from your dad.


Because the I’s weren’t capitalized? It just looks like he turned off auto-caps


Slightly easier to read in many cases in all lower case.
