I do read anglo-saxon philosophy, because it's the only culture that takes it seriously, but I avoid linguistics and history (I think the last American historian I've read is Paxton) . Anyway, in Europe and Africa, academics who you think would use the words 'white men' pejoratively the most, historians, do not. It might be different in the US, do you have a book on post-17th century that does it, as an example?
