Been doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over two years now for twice a week. My cardio fitness definitely increased and I feel it has done great for my mental state.
But man, in all other physical aspects I feel it has not done well to my body. Neck cranks, twisted spine, sore throat from getting choked, occasional black eye.
So I'm kind of torn between the improvement to my cardio and mental health and on the other side every other physical aspect
