Direct result of FB not wanting to pay news publishers? Or FB users continuing to engage less with news articles? Or a bit of both?

To be honest, when I see a news link, I don't really want to click on it now. Why would I? I'm just going to see a paywall followed by a cookie prompt and then a popup on some awesome subscription deal that is definitely going to expire soon.
