Sounds like you agree with me that we're giving up meat. We gave up horse travel and there are still horses and occasional horse travel to satisfy high end markets.

I'm counting lab grown meat as meat here. I'll still be eating chicken, beef, etc, it just won't have come from a living animal.

My point is that the world is not going to switch to plant or insect protein.
