I gave it a name specified some light personality (cheerful) and then just primed it with info about what languages I prefer. eg told it I use Debian so that install stuff instructions come on apt flavour not pacman or whatever

Not convinced the more elaborate stuff is effective. Or rather the base model and system prompts are already pretty good as is
