Zolidar is a primarily remote team working on an app to help business owners evaluate Employee Ownership as an exit strategy (think family businesses that don't have succession and the owners are nearing retirement). The platform is close to a soft launch and is a NextJS/Tailwind/tRPC/Prisma frontend for a financial report (input and output), a complex backend model that's build in Excel and a customised LLM for answering questions about the financial report and employee ownership in general.
We're looking for a contractor for 6-12 month stint with the possibility to extend. Primarily for frontend web work, but some ability to go down the stack would be helpful. The team is remote but mostly based in India (with SF bay area based Indian founders). With the exception of myself (Antipodean nomad) and a developer in Ukraine. Dev team is currently 3 people including myself + 1 full time designer, 1 part time designer + non-technical team members.
If you're based in India in general, and Pune more specifically, that's a perk but not a requirement.
