As an Android-only person, what are the best options for mild hearing assistance? In particular, I'd like an "open ear" earbud that has Bluetooth support for music.

(It sounds like Airpods 4 would fit the bill, with a new Active Noise Cancellation feature -- except they won't have Android support.)
