if things go as you predict then the models are going to start to eat their own tail in terms of training data. because of the nature of LLMs training, they can't come up with anything truly original. if you have tried to do something even slightly novel then you'll know what I mean. web development might need taken out, if front-end Devs didn't perpetually reinvent the FE :P
